Close to the main costal highway the Dumasangsang site offers easy access to nearby Senegambia and the airport.

A short 5 minute journey takes you to the heart of Senegambia with its bars and restaurants.

This site will consist of 80 properties, 20 directly on the beach and 60 within 100 Metres of the beach.

The complex will have a reception manned 24 hours a day. Extra services like airport pickup and drop off make the property an ideal investment as a holiday home or rental opportunity.

The land has been purchased and we are currently working with the Gambian Tourist Authority to finalise the plans.e.

Work has started on the site, the perimeter walls have all been strengthend and rendered, the gates repaired and the front wall is currenlty being constructed. House construction is expected to start in September 2007, house plans will be available by the end of January 2007.
